representative of the contractor company ELTERGA S.A., the contract for one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Giannitsa, amounting to 8,641,905.27 euros, which had been withdrawn from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan \"Greece 2.0\" and with the actions of the municipal authority and the Mayor personally, was reinstated for financing and is on track for implementation!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This ambitious project, which is expected to transform a large part of the wider city center, includes extensive interventions from the beginning of Strantzis Street to Gonou Giota Square and will contribute significantly to improving the quality of life of citizens. Specifically, it concerns the urban regeneration of a section of the urban fabric of Giannitsa, with a total area of \u200b\u200b46,830 sq.m.
