ELTERGA SA holds a sizeable portion of the construction field with a long history in the particular field and has a valid Contractor Certificate in the Contractors’ Register, without fail, for over fifty years. The company concurrently, also, has an active and significant presence in the fields of tourism and energy.

CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

ELTERGA SA has successfully executed hundreds of projects, some of which are important and unique, as well as Olympic projects such as the "Construction of the Olympic Canoe-Slalom Center" in Elliniko, "Construction of the Olympic Village" (Contract Work C), "Construction of the Tram railway line from Syntagma Square to Vouliagmenis Anenue", "Sewage system of Thriasian Plain Field and Connection with the New Biological Wastewater Treatment Facility (Contract Work A-432), EYDAP SA", "National Road Construction, VOAK Section (Crete's Northern Motorway Axis)", "New Bridge of Evinos River", "New Frouzi Bridge, Agiou Nikolaou with the  balanced cantilever method" and many other construction works. All the above were cmopleted with complete success, a fact that demonstrates the construction capability and reliability of our company.

Our company is established within the prefecture of Attica, where its headquarters are located. The company also has offices and is active in Heraklion, Crete and the Prefecture of Pella. ELTERGA SA has three, privately owned, main facilities within Attica (Acharnes - Aspropyrgos - Ano Liosia), which are in full operation and are a place for machinery safe-keeping, materials' storage, repair shop and equipment maintenance, as we have developed our own network of workshops and equipment maintenance with experienced engineers.

 

PRIVATELY OWNED MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND DEPRECIATED MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT

According to the book of fixed assets, our company us fully autonomous and can execute its projects, having in its possession a sufficient number of specialized construction machinery, trucks and other equipment, such as: Hydraulic excavators of all types (LIEBHERR 962 - 952 - 942 - 932 O & K MH12, MH6, MH5, CAT, etc), Loaders (CAT966 - 960 - KOMATSOU), small excavators (JCB, CASE POCLAIN, HANNIX), Vibrators - rollers (HAMM), four-axle trucks, lorries, tow trucks, concreting presses, asphalt pavers (finishers), milling machine, graders, road construction sweepers, hydraulic hammers for rocky soils, construction site heavy type pumps for abs, tsurumi, formwork, metal type etc. All of the above are in our own privately-owned facilities maintained by our privately-owned workshop at the moment, ready for immediate use.

The company has a privately owned, concrete production complex, type TMS-105/85 with a production capacity of 2m / 3min, fully automated. The company also has privately owned, mobile quarry crushing - sieving machinery and a privately-owned asphalt production unit, type ASFALT PLANT MARINI of a production capacity of 80tn/h, which is fully automated.

 

ELTERGA SA has been provided with a special contract for the collection, transport and disposal of waste, excavations, dumping products (collection and transport permit) etc, validated by YPEKA (Ministry for the Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works) with protocol number: 15535/1139 / F12 / 2016 for the Attica Region and other prefectures of the territory. Especially for Attica and the Region of Central Macedonia, it has in its possession and has secured contracts for alternative waste management systems.

 

.ELTERGA SA holds a Contractor's Certificate of the 6th class of the MEEP (Public Works Contractor Companies' Registry) register in all the basic categories and has high equity and fixed equipment, a fact that gives the company the right to participate in high budget tenders over €30 million.

TOURISM INSDUSTRY

 

- Skyros Palace SA: Skyros Palace SA, a company of own interests, has continuously managed, since 1990, the hotel Skyros Palace, a modern and recently, fully, renovated, resort of 104 rooms, and is a category 4+ hotel, located in the area of Gyrismata, Skyros, and has active long-term contracts with leading tour operators from France, Austria, Italy and so on.

 

- ICONT S.A.: ICONT, a company of own interests, is also the owner of (design-construction and operation) one of the largest hotel complexes in the Hersonissos, Crete (Village Zeus Hotel & Spa). It has a capacity of over 1200 beds and has been operating continuously since 2006; cooperating with leading tourist operators (Thomas Cook, TUI, THOMSON etc.) and has been characterized as one of the best family resorts in Crete.

ENERGY INDUSTRY

 

Through affiliated companies of special energy purpose, at the moment our company has and operates three privately owned Photovoltaic Parks with a power of 3Mwp (Regional Unit of Evros & Skyros) and an operating Wind Power Plant in Alexandroupolis with a power of 3MH. The company owns and operates licenses for 15Mw wind farms.
