" New Important project for ELTERGA S.A. "

The contract for the start of the sewerage network construction projects in the settlements of Grammatiko, Kaletzi, Ano Souli and Agios Panteleimonas of the Municipality of Marathon was signed today by the general director of major projects of EYDAP G. Stefanakou and the representative of the contractor construction company "ELTERGA SA", P. Tsabra, in the presence of the president G. Stergiou, the managing director H. Sahinis and the mayor of Marathon St. Circus.

The project is part of the large project of upgrading the wider area of Eastern Attica through the construction of a modern drainage network, strengthening the development prospects of the region and adopting best practices for the protection of the environment and water.

" Inauguration of a new wastewater treatment and disposal facility "

On Friday 7/28/23, the inauguration of the new Wastewater treatment and disposal facility took place, in Agia Pelagia, in the Municipality of Malevizi, Crete. The contractor for this important project was the Joint Venture: ELTERGA S.A. - TECHNIKI ERGON S.A.

Another important project was successfully delivered by ELTERGA SA.

"Signing of the Contract for the Restoration and Reuse of the Kannabourgiou"

The contract was signed between the Mayor of Edessa, Mr. Dimitris Giannos, and the representative of the contractor company, for the construction of the project "Operational upgrade of the preserved industrial complex of Kannabourgiou and its reuse as a center of cultural and tourist activity", with an initial budget of 2,336,228 €.

The project concerns restoration interventions that will be carried out in the main building of the production area, the two-story packaging and storage building, the underground part between them, the elevator and the surrounding area, so that the industrial complex can be reused as a visitor area and conference center. It will essentially be a multi-site, in which visitors will learn about the industrial history of Edessa and, of course, the stations in the history of Kannaburgio and the way of production with hydropower.

ELTERGA undertakes the upgrade projects at the historic hemp factory.

With a discount of 36.36% compared to the budget of 3.5 million euros.

ELTERGA SA was awarded the project "Operational upgrade of the preserved industrial complex of Kannabourgiou and its reuse as a center of cultural and tourist activity.

The company had emerged as a temporary discounter and the financial committee of the municipality accepted the justifications to document the discount. The total deadline for the execution of the project is set at ten months from the day of signing the contract. The studies and permits were completed last March. All studies had to be approved by the Central Archaeological Council.

The planned interventions will be carried out in the main building of the production area, the two-story packaging and storage building, the underground part between them, the elevator and the surrounding area. Essentially, it is a multi-purpose space, in which there will be a conference center, while at the same time it will function as a visitable space, in which visitors will learn about the industrial history of Edessa, the stations in the history of Kannaburgio and the way of production with hydropower.

Xenia Edessa was granted by ETAD to ELTERGA

Signed at the Head Office of ETAD SA the concession contract in exchange for Xenia Edessa by the Managing Director of ETAD, Mr. Stefanos D. Vlastos and the President and Managing Director of the auction company ELTERGA SA, Mr. Paraskeva Tsampra.

In this way, ETAD utilizes an emblematic property after many years of wear and tear, proceeding through electronic open bidding (e-auction) to its long-term lease for thirty (30) years with the possibility of extension for twenty (20) additional years, with the offer increased by 55% from the starting price.

The purpose of the lease is to reopen it as a modern hotel unit that will contribute to the tourist development of Edessa and the wider region of Central Macedonia. Specifically, the investment proposal, amounting to over € 3,500,000, includes the reconstruction and operation of a hotel unit of at least 4 *, with a capacity of 40 rooms, with restaurant, gym, spa, indoor and outdoor pool.

Pallini: The construction of the sewerage network by EYDAP begins.

The contract was signed - More than 172 km of pipelines will be built and numerous jobs will be created.

This is the construction project of the sewerage network of the Municipality of Pallini, which is part of the investment plan already announced by EYDAP, worth over 700 million euros, for the creation of sewerage networks and Sewage Treatment Centers in Eastern Attica.

All the above were sealed on Thursday, July 15, 2021, with the signing of the construction contract of the project by the Deputy CEO of EYDAP, Anastasios Tosios, and the representatives of the contractor consortium "X. D. KONSTANTINIDIS - ELTERGA SA ", Dimitrios Konstantinidis and Paraskeva Tsampra, in a special ceremony held at the City Hall of Pallini, in the presence of the Attica Regional Governor, George Patoulis, hosted by the Mayor of Pallini, Athanasios Z.

This is one of the most important co-financed projects that are currently being implemented in our country and will put a final end to, for decades, the deterioration of health, environment and quality of life, not only of the residents of the Municipality of Pallini, but of all the Mediterranean and of the nearby coasts of Eastern Attica.

NEW STADIUM IN EDESSA

Completion of the first phase of construction of a new stadium.

The first phase of the construction of the new stadium of Edessa was completed, which included extensive earthworks, technical works for holding slopes and construction of an access bridge, as well as asphalt to the access and the sports field of the track.

The project will continue with the installation of a turf for football and a tartan for the track, while funding is expected to follow for the construction of the stands, auxiliary spaces and the parking lot.

The Mayor of Edessa, Mr. Dimitris Giannou, stated in this regard:
"We are realizing a dream of decades for Edessa. The new stadium of Edessa, will be worthy of the sports history of the city and will be the core of the Sports Center that will be standard and impressive.
At the same time, it will give us the opportunity to make full use of the space of the current stadium and on the one hand to integrate the commercial with the historical-tourist center of the city and on the other hand to create infrastructure for the multifaceted development of the city ".
